Immediately after Jesus’ death on the cross, He entered into heaven (paradise). Next, His body was taken and placed into the earth (the grave). Jesus did not descend into hell. Jesus descending to hell after His death is according to the catholic heresy purported forth from the false gospel of Nicodemus. Jesus never rose from hell, but instead, the Son of God is ALWAYS sent from heaven, and He raised to life on the 3rd day.
