Hardened Hearts

Exodus 10:20 – But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not let the people of Israel go.

Who was it that hardened pharaoh’s heart? The Lord.

Matthew 9:3 – And behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This Man is blaspheming.” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts?”

Who was it that hardened the scribes’ hearts? Jesus.

In pharaoh’s mind he was a god, so when the True God revealed Himself as more powerful, he became deeply offended. Therefore, because Pure Love and Power was active and present in their midst, Pharaoh’s heart was hardened by the Lord the same exact way that Jesus hardened the scribes’ and pharisees’ hearts.

Matthew 11:6 – “And blessed is the one who is not offended by Me.”
